Is it because that's their escape or make their ego a little higher when things go their way?

I genuinely want to know this.

Poor understanding of social norms and the space they're in.
They enter a space not understanding what it is. When things don't match their expectations they respond poorly. When people try to correct their behavior they feel unfairly targeted and respond accordingly.

In other words: it's because they're autistic.

The Internet has been a great equalizer for the spectrum. Due to the lack of common communication elements, most people appear to have the same communicative issues that autist have. You could say that we all have a little bit of autism on the Internet, if only from a perspective observation. This is an issue but the real damage comes from the fact that the Internet has not hindered autist. Back in my day, you had to be a social creature to be part of civilization but now, it only takes a few clicks of the mouse. Autist no longer have the gatekeeping that once separated them. Why do Autistic People ruin things? Because they are retarded. Why are you asking this? Because they have more access than ever to fuck things up.

Why do autistic people ruin things? This is Kiwifarms. You are one lost and rather dimwitted faggot if you think there's not a lot of spergs in here. We're just (most of the time) not utterly retarded and somewhat self aware. Now for really autistic people, like the guys who make DeviantART inflation circle tool Numberblocks shit? Because they're retarded. End of discussion.

An autist who was so far deep he had Asperger's got me fired from my last job. He didn't like me so he went to HR every day and made up shit. That's just what they do. They ruin everything.
That's surprising. In the right workplace setting, he'd get fired for being a whiny little bitch - no one likes people like that.

Did you ever find a way to get back at him for that? Maybe file a lawsuit against him and the company for wrongful termination?

Well it wasn't just him. I have a family member working there. People don't like that family member because of the department politics. My department blamed everything on the department before and after us (in the production chain). Well the department my family member works at is one of those hated departments.

The autistic dude teamed up with some other people who took out their frustrations with my relative out on me and went along with what the autistic dude said. HR believed it because the autistic dude was already there for 2 years, and the black dude he teamed up with was there for I think 5 years. After that incident the black dude fucked off to another department so I didn't have to worry about him.

It was their word against mine. Because I was only there for so long I had no credibility to my name. Even HR didn't like my relative because he is a manager and stretches the rules. The company didn't fire me for what the autistic said. They actually fired me for points but some of them were bullshit. I was sick with COVID like symptoms Safety department told me I was not allowed to enter the building under any circumstances until I had a negative COVID test. Well those take days. I got a point for every day I was out even though I was told I couldn't enter. The final point that got me fired was a misreading from our electronic badge system. Time clock wouldn't read my badge (that I still have lol) so I had to run to another department to clock in so I was 5 minutes late. When I told my boss he said he would fix it. Got fired the next day over phone on my day off.

To answer your question, I don't have proof. All of it wouldn't hold up in court because it's just my word. Not to mention, I don't want my relative to get fired. They are a shitty company and I would rather just move on in life than have to deal with them again.

I should have known because the CEO came into my training on my first day and the COO on my second day. They both said "Don't listen to the reviews on Google, it's just gruntled employees making shit up". I read through the reviews and have decided that the CEO and COO are probably full of shit.

That's surprising. In the right workplace setting, he'd get fired for being a whiny little bitch - no one likes people like that.
Problem was he had a relative in HR who he would go see.

Sounds like you got cucked from all corners with autistic family drama. sorry to hear you but I got laid off for testing positive for covid-19 Full time job turned into contract. After that the manager explained to me that I showed excellent skill and shit yet he called me lazy when ever I was laying down to see what he was doing when he was demonstrating something. He harps onto something and assume I am a gen-z brainroted nigger. This was when another worker was leaving and almost got into a verbal shouting match with an office declaration. It was sperging bullshit and it wasn't worth it at the end of the day.
