Why do americans not just make good cheese?

Why dont the people that dont like the goyslop just make good food for themselfs? Is there too much paperwork assoziated with making food or is the only milk aviable gay estrogen soilent cancer juice? Even if whats stopping someone from just getting some cows for milk ?

It's hard to make good cheese with goyslop'd up milk. All you're gonna get is watered down mozzarella. You can buy a bunch of additives that makes the goyslop cheese, goyslop, but your homemade parmesian is just going to be goyslop.

I bake my own bread. I help my farmer buddy with his hobby cheesemaking but we rarely get the chance to do it because:
1. It's seasonal
2. It's expensive
