Why do all dollar stores stink like piss?

I've been to four or five different dollar stores across two states in my life and all of them reek of piss. Like you walk in and it hits you in the face like a sledgehammer. This cannot be a coincidence.

Is it the people or is it some chemical that is used in shitty chink produced shit? I can't imagine it's the people because Walmart doesn't smell like that.
