They are ignored. Companies really aren't hiring and haven't been for years. The people they have now will be the last to hold those positions. When they retire their positions will be automated away or forced onto someone else waiting to get shitcanned. Start a business.

I've looked at businesses to work at and they won't admin that the 5 five people in the world who are experts at their tech stack already work at the company.
Hope I'm wrong.
Maybe McD or starbucks is hiring? It's covid so maybe their usual wagies are afraid of virusdeath.
