You can try optimise your gif so it’s less frames or a smaller file size, but sometimes the website will just say no. Also uploading at different times changes the outcome. Was a headache when I was trying to get this one avatar to work one time

Tl;dr website is buggy and doesn’t even really like gif avatars, null doesnt really care for them either. Sometimes it just ignore or deny your uploads for no reason at all. You’re pretty much on your own.
