It seems TOR themed, since there's all that gobbledegook in the logo from the tor url.
It certainly doesn't give me hope that we'll be back up on clear net any time soon.

I didn't notice at first. I thought I was still on kawaii. The difference in shade isn't too wide so it tripped me up. I tried to change to Biden blue and lo and behold you are right. Wonder what's up.
