Why are there so many shithole countries?

Niggers have bought into dependency and slavery for centuries so when they got to run their own countries, they have no experience nor any idea how to run their own country. That's why niggers live in ghettos and depend on welfare. Top it off with the intervention of Western Democracy applied into these countries omitting any chance for these countries to improve.
