So, as I was stuck for a half hour behind yet another Subaru driver who can't drive the speed limit, doesn't understand their vehicle is supposed to stay between the white and yellow lines, that the shoulder is really not a lane, especially on a winding, icy highway with blind corners and pedestrians walking it regularly, and yes you do need to use the accelerator when going uphill and around corners, it suddenly dawned on me that in all the years I've been driving I've never once been behind a Subaru that's being driven competently.
Hyundai and Kia drivers tend to be pretty shitty as well but when you get stuck behind a Subaru you just know it's going to be an annoying drive full of sudden braking, cringing, swearing and questioning how the retard ever got their license.
What is it about subarus that attracts seemingly the least competent drivers out there? Are subarus just retard magnets or does driving a Subaru just make you retarded? I don't really give much of a shit about what kinds of cars people drive but fucking Subaru drivers are collectively shitty enough that it's noticeable. And, not just limited to one place either. It seems to be pretty universal wherever I've driven.
