Why are poor people so noisy?

I live in a shit apartment rn and basically if my neighbors aren't drinking & talking / moving furniture / kids or pets / loud music I thank fuck because it's actually quiet. It's more annoying when you can't understand the music they decide to use at like midnight.

I'm flashing back to that story where the rich guy is jealous of the poor people he lets live in his basement and their merriment

Having money and class simply launches a being into a state of pure existence. People can read it on you as you walk by and your silver hardware from your chanel bag blinds them. People with money and clsss never have to ask for anything because we walk into a room with grace and elegance....so people assume it's already ours. On the other hand, poor people are low IQ troglodytes, who exist in a perpetual state of poverty and constantly whine about having nothing. This spills over to other areas of life and with a low IQ comes lack of empathy.

This is unironically true and the causal relationship is the opposite of what one would intuit: being poor demonstrably lowers your IQ because you're spending time and energy worrying about being poor, whereas being well-off raises IQ. This is observable in agrarian cultures who oscillate between lifestyles of scarcity and abundance with the harvest.

Because you have the deserving poor (people down on their luck) and the perpetual poor (the degenerates of society) and the latter has absolutely no consideration for anything or anyone around them. They literally think that society revolves around them and that they are the most important people on the planet. I hate fucking noisy poors. They should be killed.

I think it's more a matter of education (and I'm not talking about formal education) than poverty, but most poor people tend to be uneducated.
Yes, there's a difference between formal education and good breeding. I was raised in what some might term a "Patrician" environment where people were not allowed to act like fools while wearing wife beaters and picking at their teeth with sticks.
