does giving american culture to non brown people really elevate them that high or were they just made to compete and giving them a rivalry with america was just what they needed?

They're just old (somewhat behind the times). Your grandma likes America and cuteness and has forbidden opinions and attitudes too.

Japs are about as "based" as white people from the same latitudes, though maybe more feminist—in the sense that the women consider themselves a superior species and are largely treated as such, and the men are helplessly resentful about it and increasingly giving up on life, like young American or English men but more so.

Cartoons aren't real.
