If I were compelled to for whatever reason, I don't think I'd pick a specific person, but from what I've heard the best people for eating are white females around the age of 20, with a muscular physique and a nice butt. If you search around on the internet a little, you can find first hand accounts of cannibals, Albert Fish springs to mind most prominently. Crazy bastard actually published a recipe for roasting a human ass through his lawyer, if memory serves. According to him and other cannibals who have given interviews, the thighs and behind are the best meat on a human body, which makes sense because of the high amount of fat marbling in those areas. Fish's recipe would probably be best accompanied by roasted cabbage with a mustard sauce or a green salad with endive and a sweet vinaigrette, similar to what one might serve with a pork roast.

I wouldn’t eat Amberlynn, but I’d eat Becky. I’d fry her up and cover her in orange chicken sauce from the Cheesecake Factory and serve her with a side of rice and some Diet Cokel.

Now I'm hungry. I would serve Eric as a side dish of noodles.

humans really need like a third of their livers right? because the livers can regenerate? well, have a tiny piece of my liver surgically removed, have it cooked, and eat it

Hmmm, I know we eat herbivores for the most part due to taste in the West, so that would say a vegan, but they generally look pretty stringy and probably would need either a lot of brining to get the meat juicy or just treat it like pot roast and cook the hell out of it until tender.

On the other hand we eat pigs which will eat anything, and supposedly people who have eaten humans say we taste like pork, so maybe a roast of someone with sauerkraut and apple sauce.

If you eat a vegan, is it still cannibalism?

I feel like this would need a special type of person. Like either a NEET with a healthy diet or a rich family's progeny.

You probably want minimal physical labor on them so that they are more tender overall, especially make sure they don't run away before you axe them, hunters don't like it when deer run because it makes the venison less tender (lactic acids in the body). So probably a headshot or a throat/gullet slash while they're asleep.

As for how to cook them I genuinely don't know that much about cooking meat beyond steaks, and I know I like those medium rare.

Well, we Christians were kinda commanded by Jesus himself to eat his flesh and drink his blood, so you figure it out from there.
