Probably Vulcan based on the lack of official documentation. If given equal materials, I’d say Klingon based on the comment I read on Wikipedia that intent while constructing the language was to make it “as alien as possible”.

Ultimately learning any constructed language is a waste of time. These languages were invented by Satan to distract you from studying the holy languages of Latine and Greek.
