Zipflklatscher. Zipfl is Bavarian for penis/dick, Klatscher comes from klatschen (to clap) but used as a noun, so translated literally it would be Dickclapper. Sounds weird and harsch but it's more like idiot.

Vollpfosten. Pfosten = post like in lamp post or wooden post, voll = full. It mean's someone as an idiot or moron.

Eierbär. Eier = eggs but Eier is also used for testicles but more in a cute way, Bär = bear. Eierbär is also used for someone who is an idiot or moron.

Arschkrapfen. Arsch = ass, a Krapfen is a food.

Son of a bitch = Hurensohn but you can also use Dirnensproß (read: Dirnenspross). Dirne is an old word for a (young) woman but over time it became another word for whore and Spross is sprout.

Fotzenknecht. It's like "cuck". Fotze is a vulgar word for vagina but can also mean a slap. Knecht is servant. Translated literally it's vaginaservant.
Fotze can be used on it's own as an insult.

wanker = Wichser
ass = Arsch
asshole = Arschloch
jerk/moron/idiot = besides Idiot you can use Depp or Trottel or Spinner
whore = Hure or Schlampe
bum = Penner
scum bag = Drecksack
cock sucker = Schwanzlutscher
dick face = Schwanzgesicht but more common is Pimmelgesicht
pig fucker = Schweineficker
fag = Schwuchtel
Arschficker (ass fucker) or Popiecker (not as harsch as Arschficker)
Ox/bullock = Ochse or Hornochse, just another insult used for idiot

"Transe" is an old word that was used for guys dressing in women clothes and/or actual trans people when the concept of being trans wasn't really a thing. Nowadays it's obviously very politically incorrect to call a troon a Transe.

For Turks and Arabs = Kanacke, sometimes Ölauge (Öl = oil, Auge = eye, bc of their brown eyes)
For Slavs = Kanisterkopf (canhead)
For Austrians = Schluchtenscheißer (canyonshitter bc of the mountain regions in Austria)
Austrians use for Germans the word "Piefke"
For Italians = Spaghettifresser (spaghetti eater) or Itaka (Itaka is an old word from WW2 when Germany and Itally were allies; Ita = short for Italian, Ka = short for Kamerad, mein Itaka = my Italian comrade)
French are Froschfresser (frog eaters)
Instead of Nigger we usually use Neger

Small addendum:
Fotze can also be easily confused with Fotzn, which just means "mouth" in bavaria, e.g. "Halt dei fotzn!" is something akin to "shut yer trap". Fotzen can also be used as a verb. e.g. "Die haben sich gefotzt" which means "they beat each other up".

Another funny, but less vulgar one is Korinthenkacker/Korinthenscheißer, which is probably most equivalent to "stickler for rules" or similar. word by word it means "corinth raisins shitter", meaning that the person is so 'obsessed' with exactness/rules, that even their shit is in the exact form of corinth raisins.

Another one, that I am fond of, is Dünnbrettbohrer, "thin board driller", which can describe people that avoid hard tasks, only do the easy things or are only capable of easy things.

Fickfehler, "fuck mistake", pretty much tells you what it means.

Also one more for the French is Schneckenschlürfer, "snail slurper".
