Nintendo is becoming more evil as EA is kinda mellowing out, that could because theres less AAA companies to buy then immediately close. At least EAs evil is more pure greed mixed with incompetence where as Nintendo is just a evil vindictive cunt covered with a thick paint of happy family friendly bullshit. Nintendo at least puts out good stuff even if they gouge you for it where as EA hasn't had anything worth a damn since titan fall 2 which they immediately fucked over. For a final answer nintendo since as bad as EA is at least they haven't put people in jail and charging them fees that they will never be able to pay ruining there life.

Nintendo started by making hanafuda cards which where basically a work around to the banning of numbered poker cards that attempted to curve gambling, there main market was yakuza. Later in the 60s Nintendo also ran a chain of love hotels which commonly yakuza would use for there prostitution rings usually having direct deals with the owners. Basically every Japanese video game company in the 80s had some ties to the yakuza especially saga with there pachinko empire who sometimes had yakuza beat the shit out programmers for not working fast enough.
