Good trannies? I personally know two living and have known one now dead (of natural causes). All three recognized they suffer from gender dysphoria, a mental illness that is likely the result of some kind of neurological dysfunction of the brain. All of them refer to themselves as dudes and don't think they're now magically women. They strive to live normal lives. They're also older, which means what they are pre-dates this bizarre, social media-fed social contagion.

I've also personally known one bad tranny, a former friend who deserted his loving wife and adoring stepson to troon out and pursue his dream of being a pretty princess.
