Apparently never. No matter how hard people want it to happen, no matter how much people try to force it, the economy just continues to resist.

Nothing makes sense anymore.

By the original definition? We're in one. We've been in one for a few quarters now. By the official approved definition? Probably never, they'll change that to suit their needs, until some vaguely anti-establishment leader is elected.
