When, if ever, is cosmetic surgery acceptable?

Do you need to be hideous, horrifically mangled or is it okay to just choose? What are your personal preferences?

I know Mcdonalds paid millions to wage a pr campaign against the coffee woman, but she got third degree burns on her vag and had to have it rebuilt. Third degree burns from fucking coffee. Fucking coffee not fucking coffee. I guess she kinda fucked coffee but it also kind of fucked her in more ways than one. Mcdonalds burning your vagina off is a good one. Other than that horrific car accidents etc. I have only ever seen one non fat woman who had such a hideous face that she was unfuckable. I guess If you are that ugly you can go for cosmetic surgery, but I'm not kidding I went to school with this bitch and she could make a flower wilt by looking at it. Most people aren't that bad. I'd go for any natural woman over these face lifted demon looking bitches except for that one chick.

I think women getting implants if they’ve had breast cancer is acceptable if you want to use that word.
Things like LASIKs or tmj surgery can be considered cosmetic, but I’d say they can improve your quality of life so why not. Same for straightening a deviated septum if it helps you breathe easier.

people born with defects or have been in an accident or a fire or something like that, something that actually needs the surgery

If someone has been horrifically mangled or disfigured through no fault of their own then obviously a surgery that can make them look and therefore feel remotely human again is something nearly anyone can empathise with (imagine victims of acid attacks or drunk drivers for example). If you want bigger tits or whatever then as long as you're paying for it there's no problem.

Whether the surgery looks good or just turns you into a clown is a whole different question.

I think fixing things after accidents is ok. Also if its something affecting the persons life and health (dunno, like a really crooked nose making it hard to breathe or something) its fine. Everything else is gay.
