That’s not what you meant though! So, let me answer the spirit of the question. I personally think the Left in the US tried to use transgender people as useful idiots to bring in Communism. Whether those useful idiots were put into positions of permanent power or taken out in front of firing squads depended on how well the left could continue social media censorship. I think they were leaning towards making them a managerial class for sure, until Elon bought Twitter.

Now I think the Left must see them as a huge liability. If they got into power again somehow, they’d be up against a wall. They failed in their mission and are now the party’s Achilles heel.

BUT the Left is NOT in power and may not be for a while. So it depends on how the Right handles them. First Amendment protects your right to cross dress but not necessarily a doctor’s ability to sell you an unnecessary surgery or prescribe you medicine that is harmful! The First Amendment also clearly protects AGAINST forcing people to believe in gender ideology or use preferred pronouns.

Trump has mentioned reopening asylums, and disarming trans people by getting gender dysphoria designated once again as a mental illness. That would certainly have a chilling effect on people going in to get official diagnoses. Also depends a lot on if detransitioners can start successfully suing their butchers. My guess is that kids will stop trooning out rather soon because I think it’s become unfashionable. But the people who already trooned and pooned aren’t necessarily going disappear overnight. I think we’ve hit the peak for sure but are looking at a slow decline that will take 20-30 years. But it’ll probably only be 5-10 to see a noticeable decline inn America. I can’t speak for other countries!

So the "gender-affirming hormone therapy" market including estrogen, testosterone, puberty blockers, and whatever else is included makes up about 0.27% of the US drug market and shrinking (lower CAGR). That should all be tranny-related, and not revenue related to hormones for bodybuilding, menopause, or "manopause". I don't believe they would fight tooth and nail against the National Institutes of Health and others to protect a quarter of a percent. Big Tobacco's cigarettes, cigars, and vaping amounts to over 50x the revenue in the US, although it is growing much slower:

I'm not doing the math for bottom surgery, but I think that will be dismantled from the bottom up, by detransitioners speaking out, the fad wearing off, etc. The funny eunuch trick works a lot better when they can censor all dissent, and that is ending.
 
This sounds like the same logic of people who said homosexuals will die out because they have no way to naturally reproduce. We're too past the point of accepting it as a society for the fad of trannies to naturally die out on their own at this point. If anything, they'll be less prevalent over time due to 41%ing.

I think the hype will die down and the only trannies left will be the people with an actual diagnosis who aren't gonna be used as media milking cows anymore. Just like in the older times.

May be some smart people will even invent an actual transsexualism cure. But that's too optimistic, I guess.
 
It'll end when we actually can alter someone's sex, either with brain transplants or some other crazy medical advancement. It'll stop because most trannies (especially the ones that cause problems, specifically AGAMPs) don't really want to be women, they want to be trannies.
 
I imagine it slowly fizzling out over time. it already peaked in 2022/23 imo. I don't know if it will fully go away that depends on how hard people turn against it but i imagine it going to back to how it was before Bruce Jenner pretended he was a woman and everyone started to pretend being transgender was a real thing and not a manifestation of mental illness. I hope people turn against them enough to where they are thrown in asylums and it's seen as the mental illness it is, that's the ideal outcome.

I think this is a much bigger part of the problem than most people realize.

From the moment they're born, kids deal with constant exposure to environmental toxins, microplastics, ultraprocessed foods, school-enforced shitty sleep schedules, too little sunlight, over-cleaned environments leading to bad immune development, and so on. Add to that a general lack of exercise due to every moment of the kid's life needing to be structured in some way.

Then add in their natural inclinations being denounced by society as "toxic masculinity," "being disrespectful" or "being hateful" if they're boys, or "perpetuating stereotypes" and "internalizing misogyny" if they're girls. Kids don't care about that shit. They just want to play with their toy guns and their Barbie dolls. But adults hammer it into their psyches every single day for a decade and a half, compromising their sense of self just as badly as the fundamentalist churches those adults love to hate on. As a kid, you're left with a deeply warped sense of what is natural and what is not, and you have zero recourse or context to help fight against it. It's almost the natural next step to stop even feeling like the sex you were born as.

For transgenderism to end, all of that needs to be tackled. Maybe we can't stop it entirely, but we have to stop seeing all that shit as good things. Until then, the problem will only get worse.

It was revealed to me in a dream that all transgenders and their likes will gather in Atlanta before 2050, building a huge tower out of HATRED for god. The seeds for this have been planted by blacks recently gathering to summon Atlantis in Atlanta. Before 2055, a meteor will fall from the heavens in the shape of a shooting star, pushing the city below ground (this was prophesied before, under the misguide of hollow earth theory). Sent from the sky (not god) will be an alien of indescribable form, who will torture them for their self-love, hubris and gooning.
 
I haven't seen this perspective online before, but I view the transgenderism movement similarly to music subcultures of the 80's and 90's. If this sounds retarded, know that modern culture has a very "wholesome chungus" perspective towards these old subcultures and has white-washed what they were actually like. Goth, punk, metal, industrial etc. subcultures managed to gatekeep themselves for so long because they were creepy and gross to the average person, and much like transgenderism, a lot of deeply fucked up people flocked to these subcultures, many of whom OD'd, some of whom became murderers, and some of whom became child abusers. The band Mayhem is a famous example. They're not a random aberration in music - that entire subculture was wild. Tons of shady shit happened in these old subcultures, too much to list. A lot of key players in these scenes were screwed in the head, like fuck, look at grunge.

So trans is just the current thing for weird outcasts. In 20 years, weirdos will gravitate towards something else. Yeah trannies were used as a political prop by TPTB. That shit's over, it doesn't matter anymore. We're seeing trannies get kicked to the curb in real time.
 
I don't think it will ever fully END, but i think the 'transtrender' portion of the population will decline like any social fad like hippies and such until there are only a few remnants left who glom on to the very small amount of people with genuine body identity disorder, who are the ones that have always existed quietly living as their opposite gender and hate the transtrender cult that exists today. Trannies should decline to just about the level it was in the 90s-2ks before the whole thing exploded.
