When the rest of the internet starts collapsing sometime during the next world war, as various countries start falling apart/being invaded. So much of the Net infrastructure is inside the United States, for instance. It won't fare well once they go full Sarajevo on eachother.

As for when that'll be? Who knows. Probably within the next 10 years.
