How often are results normalized?

I've heard that IQ averages trend upward with successive generations.

I scored 134 half a decade ago and 128 a few months ago. Is it the Flynn effect, or did I get dumber?

it was 129 when I was 6, it went down to 109 when I tried the test again at 20, idk if thats normal
