Have you ever tried baking it with a little drizzle of balsamic? It's incredibly good and I make it at least once a month. Same with Baby Bok Choy.I probably make sauteed/pan-fried asparagus five times a month. Easily the go-to whenever I'm out of ideas.
Like anything else you can also bake it in italian dressing. Just put all your asparagus in a pan and pour low fat italian all over it. It'll get lightly crispy after it bakes for a while.Have you ever tried baking it with a little drizzle of balsamic? It's incredibly good and I make it at least once a month. Same with Baby Bok Choy.
They make for great cake and curry. Highly versatile for cooking.Carrots
I like carrotsI'm glad to see kiwis who appreciate their vegetables, they'll grow strong so as to survive judgement day when the trans hordes move to overtake the countryside. Good old broccoli florets are probably my choice.
I'll tell you the worst vegetable though; fucking carrots. Has there ever been a single time in history someone has been eating something and been like "You know what I think would make this much better? Carrots". You find them in your soup and immediately your opinion of that soup goes down. They're probably at their peak just eaten raw.

Potatoes and peppers #1? Sounds like you like the nightshade family. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solanaceae ) How do you feel about tomatoes and eggplant?I cant live without potatoes. Peppers my second favorite and Carrots my third.
