£ ,む or 𝄞. are satisfying to write. We weren't taught cursive as such, we were encouraged to develop our own style of handwriting.
When I was a kid we were taught Cursive and spent hours practicing cursive in English class. It's wild that kids today don't have to go through that literal hell. The way we had to practice it was writing the same couple sentences over and over again like Bart Simpson just we used paper instead of a chalk board

In primary school, we were taught the best way to join letters together for legibility and were told off for printing. By middle school, we were encouraged to type and print essays out from the computers due to a drive for IT skills at the time.

Kinda sucks tbh my handwriting is garbage, though in fairness I rarely write anything for other people to read.

When I was in primary school the best computers were Apple ][es lol

when I was 6 or 7 they replaced the BBC micro in the corner with a windows 95 machine with dial up internet, in middle school we had a brand new computer lab with enough windows 98 machines for every kid.

By the time I left middle school I had built a dozen pcs with/for my dad in a failed business venture. In hindsight I grew up in a weird time.

I have nice handwriting (not cursive style, though), but find it hard to write these days simply because it's easier and less stressful on my hands/wrists to type.

I like anything where I can do extra swoopy shit at the end of a word. I also love how the Gàidhlig names for weekdays look so goddamn good in cursive. Ex: Monday

what kind of faggot shit is the uppercase letter G in cursive
I hate that style of G, it's too fuckin fussy. I like to make mine more like a recognizable G.

Kurrent > Cursive.
I do find Kurrent R's to be quite satisfying to write, even though my handwriting is more like an odd in-between of kurrent and block.
