I think I mostly agree with you, but if the person in question is a woman the piss bottles get way more sketchy. Now maybe I'm wrong but I think men would have an easier time peeing into a bottle than women as women are more likely to piss over everything in the process.

Piss bottles are gross but you can pick up the bottle, take it outside and throw it away in a dumpster. Mold? You can scrape that off into the trash and then clean the plate with dish soap. Dealing with either is gross but possible.

But vomit?

That will not only grow increasingly more putrid the longer you have it around the smell lingers even after you clean it up. Sure, the piss in the bottles is rancid as fuck, but it's sealed up in the bottle. That vomit is just slowly drying out and hardening into a mass of crusty nastiness with a smell that reminds you exactly what it is moldering in that drawer.

The only thing of those three that comes close is if the piss bottle ruptures. That shit would be about as bad as the vomit.
