I don't know what "good goy slop" is. Are you looking for things to cook yourself?

How about spaghetti with chili on it? That combines the power of cheap beans with cheap spaghetti and a fractional amount of spaghetti sauce, so it's about as cheap as it gets. You can put the fake meat in it too, and add crushed habaneros that you grew in your victory garden for flavor. YUM.

I'm also reminded of things like this that I see sold in stores now: https://www.realmomkitchen.com/mountain-dew-cake/

Deli meat

It's extremely high in carcinogenic nitrites used as preservatives but it's probably the best thing that's bad for you, especially if you get some good Boar's Head stuff or the equivalent.

All other goyslop I can think of pales in comparison and is just useless shit meant to fill your stomach. That no-nutrition factor in goyslop is the reason why people eat so much of it, their body is still crying out for nutrients and never get them, no matter how much they eat, so they end up loading up on empty calories and simple carbs that go right into fat. In a stressful low-nutrient body, fat is encouraged to be made and stored because of the emergency signals being released. Cortisol and other hormones.
