I'm lazy and don't want to spend tons of time learning a complicated video editing software when all I want to do is organize a few clips and maybe add text / audio.

DaVinci Resolve.

The DaVinci Resolve community is very friendly towards noobs, and are in no way at all a bunch of smarmy elitist pricks.

DaVinci Resolve is for advanced stuff.

You can do simple stuff easily as well, but you need a PC that will run it.
