No, but there is a lot elements to this story that makes me think there is more going on.
Rudy does match the description of these types. He's young, naïve, lies about his background, is inherently richer then he let's on, is overly confident in the things he says, they tend to project themselves on their enemies a lot, has parents with connections to either America's cultural or political institutions. He literally reads a CIA journal at face value.

But I could buy into that these are coincidences like in the below.

The saddest lolcow stories are ones about people you used to be a fan of. It’s really sad how Rudy ruined himself in these past 2 years. I guess his pseudointellectuality caught up to him.

If you go back to a little while back in the thread, this was my first assumption right when this broke. It looked like mania, it sounded like mania, it would have had the same causes as mania. I'm still not sure it is, but it is certainly weird that he's back-peddling, because I wouldn't guess to see that from a legit schizo. It's possible also, under your handler-handled framework that his shit was just completely taken over/directed.
 
I've just amended the thread OP, which now includes links all three of Rudyard's recent videos, saved as local copies. I also included archives of him recanting on Twitter, along with a few funny clips.

I miss the old days of the internet when small accounts, web sites, influencers existed who weren’t part of some larger coordinated propaganda campaign. One could just search pages up on various topics and get web pages run by normal people who gave valuable information.
I feel as if platforms today primarily boost those who are already being paid for their content by some unknown entity behind the scenes. It’s a little concerning when it seems the entire right wing (or left wing) internet space suddenly pumps out content in lockstep, with stories that perfectly dovetail with one another. Online censorship is bad enough, but I feel we’re all being astroturfed by fake influencers who pretend to be “just struggling normies” when they’re actually degenerate millionaires with high connections.
This breach of trust has happened to me once or twice before, and some of them are very good at hiding their real identities and who’s funding them.

I had suspicions about Rudy from the start, but I can understand how some of his fans must feel.

I had to skim the past 10 pages since I last checked the thread, but this revelation that CatGirl Kulak is actually a woman and not a MtF tranny like I had assumed is the most shocking thing to me.
 

Kulak is a man who says he's a man. I can't remember if he's aligned with the BAP homos or not.

Does he mean Ubersoy instead of Uberboyo? It's Ubersoy who's been dumping on Rudyard over the meltdown, I haven't seen anything from Uberboyo lately outside of the H1B debate; if anything, Uberboyo would appreciate his Jungian ramblings about Odin.

While I do agree that a lot of online pundits on the dissident are in some way shape or form funded by shadowy interest (such as Alex Jones or Nick Fuentes), I don‘t necessarily believe that 100% of people who gain prominence are certified “club” members.

I don’t like Rudyard anymore, I quit watching his videos a few years back since I simply outgrew them and his pseudointellectual hour long ramblings no longer satisfied my research into geopolitics. However I have a feeling that he is one of the exceptions to the rule where he’s a sperg who started off making alt history vids and ended up flying too close to the sun and getting drunk off his own fame and ego which led him to the spiral he’s currently on. I’m not rooting for or against him, I’m just here to witness the trainwreck.
