Without any shitpost, somone who all it life revolve around either twitter/tumblr or reddit, abrely intereact with the real world. May have no real life job. Use all their free time to post

If you are an adult person and you keep up with the internet slang that tweens and teenagers are using while actively adding it to your vocabulary you're probably terminally online.

Serious response that’s a tricky question, because we can be doing our jobs, some kind of hobby, or literally any other activity and get online with our phones for minutes at a time, and that adds up but you’re also doing other things during the exact same timeframe. Like I’m currently doing manual labor and I’m just popping on here during my break. I guess if you know for a fact that the person is always at their desk on their computer?

Getting your news from Tik Tok (having a Tik Tok account is a good tell in the first place)

Being unable or finding it extremely difficult to socialize with others in person when in the past you had no problems doing so

Related to the above: inviting others or accepting invitations to hang out and doing nothing but staring at your phone the entire time.
