What will lolcows be like in 2033?

If we take a look at evolution of lolcows, we see that they become more and more extreme. Before it was just people who were terminally online and couldn't stop writing weird shit about themselves for everyone's amusement. Now, however, such lolcows would be considered boring by some. We have people like Keffals who get methed out in apartments funded with fraudulently acquired cash and supporting Brazilians that brew toxic sludge in bathtubs for distribution to kids. A square-headed rapist is setting new precedents for how the entire Internet should operate simply because he doesn't want to be outed as a rapist.

I imagine lolcows of 2033 would at least need to have a Breivik scale body count on their record, while still at large (pardoned for being a particular fat transgirl), running grifts with financial scales the size of an African country, with about a thousand sex crime allegations against them, and new mental illnesses not encountered in medicine before. What do you guys think?
