Is it even plausible for Chris to keep the house when Barb dies? If Chris was a smarter person he would start trying to learn NOW how to not get evicted from a house instead of just doing nothing like he is doing now and then pikachu face when cops come to evict him. Somebody needs to teach him how to not get evicted! I know he is retarded but some retarded people actually do have houses!
It was plausible when Bob paid for the house, but guess who fucked that up. Chris had been asked about that when he was on the Internet Dream Lounge Podcast. He answered in the way you'd think Chris would (unfazed), but according to him, he was concerned but didn't have a plan. I believe this was back in 2014. So Chris was never smart to look after his own future, only through half assed schemes like trying to license Sonichu to the two companies he took sonichu's "inspiration" from.

I mean, he is making money from sonichu, and his pony cards to a lesser extent. However Chris is so lazy to ship his merch, and gets personal when his business starts going south. He also spends most of his profit faster than he can save it. Praetor isn't helping much other than selling subpar medallions, but allegedly they are keeping the profits.

Long story short - Chris is fucked because he's bad at decision making and lack of agency. Barb is also to blame for letting turn out the way he is currently. I think if Chris stayed away from the Game Place, he wouldn't have gone to court, but that wouldn't have stopped Bard from getting that mortgage for something else.

Ultimately, he's his own worst enemy when it comes to keeping 14 BC - or finding somewhere else to live other than the nearest dumpster. Even now, there must be people like Rocky who haven't given up on him completely. Forget the weens and enablers who might keep him housed one way or another for a month or two, someone like her should (presumably) have local council/government contacts who could get Chris put on some kind of priority housing list. Even Chris can surely fill out an application form or two. But he's not going to, because it's easier to put his faith in Da Merge than do anything of genuine, practical help.

No, Chris will not be able to keep the house. As far as we know, it's solely in Barb's name, and she either has a second mortgage on it that's got at least $100K left, or a reverse mortgage (they definitely at least had a second mortgage, though it's possible that Barb got a reverse mortgage within the past year or two). Even then, Barb has a shit ton of consumer and other debt. All of those debtors will come for her estate when she dies, 14BC is her only asset, and it isn't worth enough to cover all of the debts.

Chris' credit, which was already bad, has been a dumpster fire since he decided he wasn't going to pay his credit card minimums anymore because cartoon characters were coming to save him, so he isn't going to be able to get into any sort of "normal" rental housing. He'll have to go for Section 8 (which requires paperwork that someone else will have to help him with, since he isn't going to do it by himself, and it has an extremely long waitlist, so he should have filled it out years ago), find someone on Facebook/Craigslist/etc who will rent to him, or find a roommate (maybe an enabler) or something.

I honestly feel like the dude would end up killing himself. I know he may think he has his life under control, but once his mom passes I don’t think he’ll have anywhere else to turn.
History has shown that Chris is too much of a coward to do so. He did mention in a FB post years ago that he was contemplating suicide, but that was BS.

I thought she had given up after dealing with Borb on the whole Ivy saga. But then she came back to reveal what happened after Bob's death. She may have retired from the church.
Yeah and plus when was the last time she had any direct involvement on Chris at any major level? She told Chris to seek mental help when he submitted a police report when the idea guys extorted his ass, she's none of his business anymore as this all happened in late 2018, 3+ years ago now.

My hot take, is Chris will stumble ass backwards into something that saves him from responsibility yet again like he's managed his entire life. Will it be the government that fast tracks him into some assisted living facility or will it be some white knight takes him in is beyond my guessing capabilities, the only thing I've learned from watching these alpha chad cows play chicken with moments that would devastate a common man is that the outcome will be some spectacular nothingburger into business as usual.

He learned that from Barb as a way to get sympathy. She threatens it when he tried to clean the hoard or won't go get her crap from Sheetz.

I assume that after Chris shamed Rocky in church and that pony horn incident in church Chris has cut off ties with them and presumably Rocky is receiving therapy from the knowledge that Chris fantasized of raping her

I never really hear too many stories about crazy guys living in houses after the parents die of old age and the cops coming to evict them after the crazy guy loses the house.
Such things are generally just not news stories, they're just some shit that happens to some crazy nobody with no friends or relatives. They usually just end up homeless and that isn't news either, it's just some shit that happened.
There’s a program here in the UK called Can't Pay? We'll Take It Away! which is all about repossessing goods due to debt or people refusing to be evicted, don’t think they’ve ever featured anyone autistic though, it’s sort of like Cops where it focuses on the view point of the enforcer.
Aren't shows like this generally focused on unsympathetic deadbeats, rather than having some asshole kicking a cripple down the stairs?

The fact that people who know him personally or are facebook friends constantly tell him to sign onto the waiting list for social housing now rather than later, and are met with disappointment as Chris is too lazy to do so, should be all the answer you need.

That's the story of his life. In any case, either weens or kiwis are going to try to solve everything for him. Paperwork, getting money, groceries for him and, if necessary, look for a place for him to live (assuming they don't save him from getting kicked out of his house) and also pay the rent in the case he can't.
Chris will be sad and depressed because of Barb's death and realizing he is finally, truly alone despite all the fans and people he occassionally gets contact with. He will be sad but he won't suffer any kind of need.

And it won't be thanks to him, it will be either thanks to Null for organizing things once Barb kicks it, other kiwis will also get involved and, well, weens might try to get involved too.

Let's say, if 14 BLC was never mortgaged, and Chris was the sole inheritor after Barb dies, Chris would still need to file for insurance under his own name. He would still need to have his home upkeeped as a homeowner should. What if there was another issue with his home like a leak from the kitchen/bathroom causing water damage? Chris would have to pay a lot. Paying bills and fixing ACs are one thing, but when it comes to serious problems, why should Chris bother when he has a merge to look after?

Like everything, Chris has taken his home for granted and should rightfully be kicked out once the bank/sheriff comes knocking.

TFW the people who have been mocking you for the last 15 years care more than your own mother

And, of course, Chris will show them not a shred of genuine gratitude. He'll probably proclaim that they were fulfilling their fated destinies, which he, of course, will have foreseen with his amazing powers, of serving Da Great Godes Pristine Christine.

He'll fall ass first into new a new place through a miracle and somehow his life will improve even as he descends further into the cesspool that is his existence.

Barb might care for him, but she's not really the best thing for him, she clearly resents him in everyway. She'll die, he'll be devastated and then through retard magic he'll find someone else, likely his fans, to care for him. Independence, as slight as it will be, won't improve him as a person, but without Barb I have this gut feeling it will somehow improve his situation.
