No, he seems quite desperate & dependent.

All the other stuff you said is true, but I think the involuntary committal saga will come around after Barb's death, eventually.

I doubt he’ll ever be committed since Chris is (technically) an emancipated adult, etc.

But... NGL, I’d kinda love to see Chris argue in front of a judge or sped-court or whatever that he doesn’t need to be put away into a tard house and is of sound mind and fully capable of taking care of himself.

AND is also a Goddess, married to four Sonichu’s and capable of inter dimensional travel.

Since its civil and not criminal, would Chris get a court appointed lawyer for His case?

It would be hilarious seeing a lawyer trying to argue for Chris with Chris going on about the merge and everything.

It's civil or administrative but you still are generally not supposed to get locked up without legal representation. There are tard advocacy organizations who might provide counsel. Chris doesn't qualify for involuntary anything and won't unless he completely breaks down after Barb dies.

Chris getting involuntarily committed or thrown in sped-court is like Chris getting married with an actual woman.

It won’t happen, but it’s fun to speculate about.

Fuck, can you imagine the viewing gallery? It’d would be chock full of farmers all eating popcorn, introducing themselves to people they know from the forums and betting on who will balls to yell JUUULLLAY when Chris takes the stand.

Null would be selling commemorative T-shirt’s outside of course.

It's medical. It's private. The public has no right to know any of it.

Once Barb is gone and Chris is out of that house, what are the chances the bank declares it loss and demolishes the house and puts up something new because all the damage from the hoard and neglect?
I think 0, people hype chris going homeless but how much could the house be worth? even if they plan to demolish it and build something new who would want to live in a house with people regularly stealing their garbage?
my guess is we will get the squatter saga with the bank pressuring chris to pay his mortgage wih magichan complaining that he has to go to burgerking to post on twiter since they cut the power to his house or the pipes getting clogged and chris having to shit outside because plumbers dont want to work inside a repossesed house.
I can see some ween shelling out he cash for the motgage and owning the house just so he can be chsris landlord

The cats might be taken in by a shelter, but the dogs? Oh hell no.

Those two will be put down faster than you can say “Euthanasia”.

They’re pretty feral and probably too old to train. (And even if they weren’t, who the hell would?)
Considering how a dog really can reflect on the personality of its owner, let's do a checklist

  • Overweight
  • Poor diet
  • Lazy
  • Loud and obnoxious
  • Poor social skills
  • Unkempt
  • Nearly feral
  • Untrainable to be better
  • Relieve themselves wherever they please
Yeah clover and snoopy really are sad reflections of the orge who adopted them.

when was the last time we saw barb? because im tempted to put money that she is already dead and chris is unaware

also I feel really bad for chris' dogs, they deserve better

She's still alive buddy but you'd swear he rigged a system of wires and rods to make her talk
I love how dumbass made this video hoping it would get people to not ask any questions about barb during the stream and it ended up doing the opposite of what he wanted milk barb show barb and barb feet now became the top spam in the chat along with she's being held hostage by a tranny so Chris tard raged about and had another one of his mediation sessions to block it out.

Lol I can see Chris becoming the next Ed gein
I was gonna say he'd become Norman Bates, but given that the latter (Norman) was inspired by the former (Gein) that works too.

Somebody would smuggle a camera in their and record the whole thing.

Well, Barb owns the house, right? (Or technically the bank owns it, but you get my point.)

Barb dies, and one of two things will happen: If there is a reverse mortgage, that creditor will get the house. Or the house returns to the bank.

What the bank does next, depends on what they think will make them the most money in the long run.

It could be selling the house, or renovating it and selling it. Or demolish it and sell the land. Property prices in Charlottesville are going up. (If you have a 20-30 year perspective, it might make sense to demolish it and build a new house.)

Either way: CHRIS IS FUCKED.

It’s not his house, and he can’t just pick up the mortgage payments and take over. (And wouldn’t be able to afford them anyways.)

Even if by some miracle the bank would say: “Sure Chris, you can stay!” He’d need to come up with tens of thousands of dollars to pay off the mortgage. And with his many trips to debtors court, there’s no way in hell he’d qualify for a mortgage.

So yeah. No matter what happens with the house post Barb, we will get an eviction saga.

Why doesn't Chris go for the RBG approach?

"My mama's last dying wish was that I get to stay in this house until the dimensional merge."

Either way: CHRIS IS FUCKED.
evictions arent that easy, it all depends on eviction laws in virginia. Usually you cant break into the house and kick the shit of whoever is inside and procedures can take years, people someimes outright pay the squatter to leave and go occupy someone elses home
And the residence belongs to the bank and the bank is dealing with thousands of cases like this at he same time, its not like they can send a guy whose job is to kick chris out.
The likely scenario is that chris someday ends up leaving but it will take years, he is leagaly disabled and has some miracle luck when it comes to going to court so who knows

Although I do wonder if he's somewhat smart enough to get out of the house and make some sort of arrangements to leave once Barb dies and the mortgage payments stop. I know that Barb has been clinging on to him for her emotional outbursts and also her manipulative sinister tendencies, so she clearly doesn't love him in any sort of fashion and knows he's a screw up, but Chris probably doesn't see Barb as a major concern to worry about (he'd do fuck all about her wellbeing once Barb health starts to degrade further, if it hasn't been already) and he's said in tweets and messages that he's worried about her and he plans to help her, but who knows if he's actually going to go through his promises, he never really does.

He might not want to deal with any problems about transporting the body, reporting the body and attending any of the funeral/cremation stuff and just jump ship when she's close to dead or just about dead. Legally he is essentially just a tenet at the house right? he's not bound to it in any way and the only issues that he'd have by simply running away from all his problems in Ruckersville is changing his address so he could actually receive mail from the government and any sentimental/important items he left behind because it would weigh him down once he's hit the road

Keeping in mind, this is only the sort of scenario if he decided to be an even more disrespectful and neglectful piece of shit and leave Barb and his wild beasts behind for them to die on their own, eat any corpses in the hoard and rot away until someone else in the public notices.

I don't know if he's that heartless or more so completely delusional and brain dead to run away when the going gets tough.

It's not a matter of if this saga happens it's a matter of when.

This seems relevant:

NOTE: Under Virginia law, if you do not have a lease, and you do not pay rent, you are considered a “tenant at sufferance.” This means you can be evicted for any reason at all, at any time, and no notice needs to be given to you. Under this circumstance you can go from “tenant” to “trespasser” very quickly.

Yeah, I agree that it’ll take a while before Chris gets evicted. Could be a few months, could maybe even be six months or longer.

A lot depends on whether this reverse mortgage is true, and whether the bank or some other creditor gets the house.

But Chris isn’t staying for years, that’s for sure. For reasons of autism, I checked out Virginia’s eviction laws, and it seems like once the ball gets rolling, it’s a pretty efficient and time limited process, with little chance of being held up by courts for years.

Even the cops play ball. This is from a Virginia Sheriff’s webpage:

There are two types of eviction:

  1. Full Eviction—The defendant's property, in its entirety, is placed on the nearest public right of way. The plaintiff must provide a locksmith and enough adults deemed necessary by the Sheriff’s Office to execute the eviction. The Sheriff's Office is responsible for protecting the interests of both parties. Depending on the particular circumstances, the Sheriff's Office may require the plaintiff to provide a moving truck, boxes and bags, and/or special equipment. In cases of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Sheriff's Office reserves the right to postpone the eviction to the next available date.
    OR
  2. 24-Hour Lock Change Eviction—This is the most commonly used eviction because it is far less costly than a Full Eviction. Possession of the dwelling is granted to the plaintiff within 24 hours after the scheduled eviction date and time. On eviction day, the plaintiff must provide a locksmith to change all of the locks on exterior entrances to the dwelling. The dwelling becomes a storage facility for the defendant's property for the next 24 hours. The plaintiff must grant the defendant reasonable access to remove his or her property during that 24 hour period. The defendant cannot stay in the dwelling overnight. At the end of the 24 hour period, any property left in the dwelling goes into the possession of the plaintiff who must sell or destroy it. If the defendant remains on the property or returns to the property after the 24 hour period expires, the defendant is trespassing.
Lol at that first one. Could you imagine the entirety of the horde, towering above her the house by the road? And Chris frantically sprinting in between it, trying to figure out what to do with it all.

Chris’s autism though. He’s lived in that house his entire life, and I frankly doubt that he can even imagine living elsewhere.

Fuck, one of the reasons why he’s so dedicated to the merge instead of planning for his own future, is probably how uncomfortable the thought of maybe having to move out makes him.

I’m sure Chris tried to imagine living somewhere else, late at night when he’s by himself. And as hard as he tried, he just pulled up nada.
