I love how not only did Chris find a way to get his mom a dirt cheap Christmas present but he unintentionally calls her a slut in the card he mad of her.

If it's to be supervision, there has to be some sort of carrot the authorities can threaten to withdraw if he misbehaves. It's actually scary to think of how he'd spend the money from the sale of the house/ inheritance.
 
Delete if off-topic (and rate me late otherwise), but a christmas story called "Autistic Carol" whereas first Rocky, then Null, and lastly, dead Blorb and Bub trying to change his ways... to no avail would probably be the number #1 selling book in the "Autistic Christmas stories" category.

What important papers? They've spent every dime Bob saved, the deed to the house is sitting at the Bank. Nah there is nothing of value in that house anymore (if ever).

No joking aside, I don't think anything that was there could ease/improve or alter the path Chris and barb are on. Bob may have kept stuff that at one time was important but it's either not useful anymore already gone or just where bob kept things for the household (copies of bills, recipets etc,) that they managed to double down on neglect

True, I guess things like the autism papers are more important to us than the chandlers at this point
Edit: I completely missed the point of ur post, lol. I'm not sure if bob had any financial stuff in there, but I thought they lost the key so idk
