I don't think it particularly looks fake, but something like this could easily be faked pretty convincingly...

I'm skeptical since a death certificate isn't issued and printed THAT fast. If a physician signs off on a death certificate (where no autopsy is requested/needed by the state), it can still take a while to get a physical copy of the certificate.
Well anything is possible just look at Epstein thing with 4chan announcing his death before the news did although the thing could be faked we just don’t know if it is real or not
