I'm just going to vote "crazy old southern lady living in the wreckage of a lifetime of regret.".Sure. Dementia is a medical diagnosis and speculating on the Internet is only speculating on the Internet.

why the fuck would she? When was the last time she was seen driving? Maybe I missed a video somewhere. When Chris's car was in the shop he was walking to the post office wasn't he? Why didn't Barb drive him?

She will guard the hoard and boss Chris around from the afterlife:

I feel like a lot of this discussion has to do with the broad sprectrum/long-term lifestyle changes Chris will have to undergo. Personally, I'm interested in knowing the immediate details. Not what happens when Barb dies, but what happens immediately before. Does she have any death plans? I'm sure she's going to be cremated, but has she discussed this with Chris? Has she discussed it with someone we don't know about?
If Barb has any plans its to keep wheelin' and dealin' and leeching off her failure of a son for as long as she can, and the in meantime keep herself alive out of pure spite until she can no longer. I don't think she has any postmortem plans or any care for what happens to her son afterward. Any money that might have been able to go toward a funeral for herself has long since been squandered away. Although, I wouldn't put it past Chris to immediately turn to his Patrons with an open hand to beg for money. demand donations to go toward a funeral for her. It wouldn't be the first time he used a parents death to beg for money. Whether or not Barb would deserve one, however, is a different topic for a different thread.
EDIT:
I just remembered that Barb does have a grave reserved for her next to Bob.

I don't know if he was cremated or not--I think he was though--so Barb will probably be cremated and put right next to him. Honestly that makes me sad. For Bob, not for Barb. Even in death he wont be able to escape her.

Will she become part of his revenant revenge-army, or will he convert her into another one of his wives?
Anyone who thinks Barb will die before age 90 is a lolcow.
Spiteful old cunts do tend to cling to life a lot more than the nice ones, she will still be making Chris miserable in his forties.Anyone who thinks Barb will die before age 90 is a lolcow.
Shit, if she makes it that long I'm sure Chris will do it for free.Putting out a hit on Barb when she turns 89 just to prove to Kiwi Farms user Kosher Dill that I'm not a lolcow
