How are they affording the upkeep and property now? Isn't Chris' tugboat their only income? I thought all of Bob's money got cleaned out on account of Chris' legal fees.

And lets be serious, weens will just send him whatever money he needs to maintain his status quo while wringing their hands and cackling to themselves, "THAT'LL SHOW 'EM MUAHAHAHAHAHA JULAAY"

A good question. Any anal Kiwi want to do a rundown on what it must cost to keep the roof of 14 Branchland Court above their heads? That means state/federal/city taxes, property taxes, trash haul fees, water, gas, electricity, etc. Even if Bob managed to get the house paid off before he died (or it was rendered paid in full when he did), the monthly upkeep (even if they weren't up to their eyeballs in debt) must be significant.

What the fuck do you think Barb does for Chris? She sits in her house slowly dying and not giving a shit. Its not like she's managing his bills or making sure he eats properly or telling him to better himself. For all intensive purposes, Chris is already on his own. Barb just anchors the roof over his head.

Barb's the only person who will stay around him and have conversations.

Chris doesn't have anyone else except the weens and various trolls.

I remember looking at this.

Property taxes for his house in 2015 were $1193

Trash service from "Time Disposal" service (his trashcans look like theirs) - $26 a month, -$2 senior credit, so about $288 yearly

Electricy, figure about $200 for all their shit and his constantly running the A/C so $2400 a year

Water? Charlottesville rates are $4 a month, plus $62/42 a month per 1000 cubic feet, but I doubt the Chandlers use it much so maybe $20 a month or $240 a year.

Cable/Internet? Not sure if Barb watches TV, but lets just say only the internet. Rates there start around $40 a month, so maybe $50 a month, or $600 a year.

Monthly breakdown:

Tax debt - Around $100
Garbage - $24
Electricity - $150 (after Barb dies and he's just using it)
Water - $40 (estimate)
Internet - $50-60 a month
__________________________

$340 - $350

Figure.... $250 minimum payments to Credit Card/Debt

Looking at around $600 a month, minus food

Food?

Average 2 meals a day from fast food restaurants.

Average McDonalds cost per Quarter Pounder with fries and soda or a Wrap meal for his area - $6

About $12 a day for food, without other odds and ends figured in.

So about $360 a month for food

Grand Estimated Total Monthly for Chris to maintain his lifestyle: $960 a month

His Tugboat is about $1300 these days, leaving him with a little over $360 for bullshit crap.

He could do it, but he'd have to be really on the ball with things.

Forgot to add heating oil. So maybe another $50 a month if he keeps it really high and on all the time.

From the look of Barb in that last video, I don't think she offers too much in the chatting department. In fact, she probably can't even hear/understand Chris! LOL So, if Barb is best he has for someone to talk to, he's better off talking to Sonichu if you ask me.

Just slight PL, when my father died, our house mortgage was paid in full. It was 30 years ago, but I remember that the mortgage on the house had life insurance component, in event of death of one spouse, house gets paid in full.

Surely the Chandlers had that too? Did they ever remortgage the house for money at any point? That I suppose could affect it.

But I always assumed that the mortgage was paid in full on Bob's death. @Marvin may know. Apologies if discussed before.

I didn't see anything about his vehicle. Gotta add gas, insurance etc. Maybe some other things too, but that one came to mind.

Oh yeah, don't forget new sex toys, batteries for his vibrators etc.

Barb was taking out loans and using Chris' life insurance as collateral. That should tell you something.

This is a false assumption.

The cwcki doesn't stalk Chris. I know it seems that way, but we kinda over compensate for the things we don't know (what Chris' daily life is like) with the things we do know (lots of emails and videos).

And I don't mean this in a theoretical sense. The situation isn't "we don't 100% know what Chris does, but c'mon, he's probably sitting in his room talking aloud to toys 99% of the time". We genuinely don't know what he does IRL. I can tell you that Chris goes to various nerd/gay events sometimes. He talks to people. He's dumb and uninteresting to talk to, but he doesn't start fights. He's not a social butterfly. He gets out more than you'd think. He doesn't have any friends, per se. (I know this because I have friends in the Charlottesville area. The go to nerd events and run into him.)

Also, when Chris gets troll attention (who he thinks are girls) he stops trying to socialize IRL. Then without, he gets lonely and goes out again. This is cyclical.

I think he paid it off even before he died.

Do your friends know if Chris ever tries to pick up women at events like that.

Chris isn't very subtle. So he's got a choice between saying "will you suck my girl dick?" or just rambling for 2 hours about pokemon cards, and just hoping the conversation turns to girl dick sucking. Chris has learned that the former gets people pissed at him.

So I'd say he intends to pick up girls at these events, but he's not actually trying too hard because there are consequences to him crossing a line he cannot see (:autism:). Not to say he won't get bold sometimes. Like if a girl offers to meet him privately to play pokemon, then he'd quickly bust out his "totally innocent questions". But normally? He is kinda scared about crossing lines.

So your saying he's shy in a way.

Barb almost certainly has a pension from her years working at the power company. And/or Social Security. And her widow's benefits from Bob's Social Security. I bet her monthly income is $1500-$2000 dollars.

Do you remember the final attraction sign that Chris was not wearing as a personality

I think One component is shyness and the other component is narcissism. "I am such an overlooked treasure, you should be knocking on my door to tickle my pickle"
