That is sad. I don't know- I'm still new to his story- sure, Chris did some extremely unwise and foolish things in his life, but I think he deserves some kindness from people on this site when that day comes. At least some sympathy cards, modest gifts, and sincere notes. When you come to think of it, it's not his fault he had a dysfunctional mother.

Typically when legit awful shit happens to Chris (like his father's passing) sites like the CWCki shut down for a bit, no doubt that will happen when Barb moves on.
 
Chris will be left all alone to stew in his own filth as he whiles away the years playing vidya before either a stroke or heart attack [caused by his unhealthy ways] claims him which is considering if he will pay his own bills to have the ability to do that. If not, 14 Branchland court will get repossessed and chris will shit himself and do nothing.
 
I wouldn't put it past Chris and his autism to just pull a Whats Eating Gilbert Grape and burn the house down with his dead, immovable (to Chris) mother inside.

...and then he waddles off into the sunset to find his long-lost brother Cole... only to have Chris's frozen, dehydrated corpse discovered on the side of the road a few miles away from his home two weeks later.

Chris is going to die when Barb dies, holy fuck. That house has been owned for a pretty long time now, how do you NOT pay off the mortgage on it? Its almost like barb planned on killing her kid in the slowest way possible.

This actually fucking scares me, Chris is screwed in ways unfixable, what with the debt thats been gained over the years because of Barb, Chris having been enabled his whole life so he doesn't know shit about anything, the list goes on.

So uhh yeah, when are we memoralizing the subforum again?

What do you not understand.. The house WAS paid off.. Barb simply took out another mortgage... you really think Bob paid over $115k for house in Ruckersville in the late 70s/early 80s and somehow got like a 60 year mortgage. This is clearly a 2nd mortgage.

Speaking of Cole, if there is a mortgage on the house, he may not even bother to come take it from under Chris once Barb dies.
