Containment What will happen when Barb dies?

All this talk of what will happen to Chris after Barb dies--what about the Chandler pets? What will become of them after Barbs demise? Chris might be able to take care of them for a little while, but if 14BC is taken from him what becomes of his pets?

Buried? Nah. She'll be cremated and her ashes will be scattered amount the hoard, fulfilling her life long dream of finally becoming part of it. Though I suppose one could argue that she already IS part of it.

They'll be forgotten about and either escape to become feral/find new owners or starve to death.

Escape seems more likely since they'll likely start making noise when they get hungry and Chris, who won't want to deal with them, will just put them outside, at which point zoom.

Maybe Chris won't notice Barb is dead until the semi-feral cats and dogs start eating her.

I'd be more concerned for the poor animals eating away at Barb's fetid, mite-ridden corpse. As far as human carcasses go, Barb's is surely not fit for consumption.

Nope. The only family member who was somewhat amiable to Barb was Aunt Corina, but she is dead.

Frankly it's more likely Marvin or 0archiebunker0 from YouTube show up

Does Barb still go to church? If so, I could see church acquaintances going. I'd definitely imagine at least one or two Christorians would attend if they knew the time and date, though.

I'm almost certain this is going to happen.

Unless Rocky or someone else takes charge, I don't see Chris sending out proper notifications. And I don't think there's anyone left alive other than Chris that cares about Barb. If someone like Rocky or other caregiver takes over, I'm sure some well-meaning Church people will go.
If it's just Chris, it'll be a FaceBook or YouTube video saying Barb is dead and he needs donations now.
 
There's a chance Chris will start blubbering at the funeral service so I hope the field agents in attendance have decent recording equipment to capture that moment. Maybe make them wear a wire in their pickle suits and Guy Fawkes masks.
