First console was Nintendo 64, first game was Super Mario 64

The Sega Genesis. It was my brother's at first, but eventually was given to me after he graduated highschool. Sonic was the first game I ever played. Not a fan of Sonic now, but it's still kinda special to me.

The first game system I bought with my own money was DS Lite. I played it even after I bought 3DS. Really like DS' library, especially the RPGs.

Mattel Intellivision. Although I used the TI-99/4A of a friend before then, and similarly, one of those Pong machines (I assume a Magnavox Odyssey although it might have been one of the many knockoffs), and a TRS-80 Model III at school before then.

My first console was the Playstation for christmas 1999 bundled with ESPN X Games Pro Boarder

but on top of all that my dad decided we'd go to the store that very day and I could pick any game I wanted.

I chose NHL 2000 (and I was right in choosing so, fuck you anyone who thinks otherwise) that I played religiously for the next 3+ years. Played the shit out of Pro Boarder too, which was an underrated gem if you ask me.

A Sega Genesis for Christmas.
Jurassic Park, Sonic 2, and some other game came with it.
