Ok, boring unironic answer:
* Not being crippled or in ill health.
* Having a good relationship with a loving family.
* No emasculating genetics such as being a manlet or having a micropenis.
If I could add more than three things:
* Living in a country with clean, undisturbed nature to freely enjoy, with laws to ensure public access.
* Living in a country that imposed barely any covid restrictions.
* Being white.
* Having experienced profound psychedelic trips.
Etc...
This simple thread put me in a good state of mind. Thank you OP!

Having my siblings, because everyone else around me has shown themselves to be fairweather or just plain awful lately.
