Every time I type in YouTibe.com, it brings me to a different website (normally something about gambling or something completely random)

It's a parked domain, specifically a typo squatted parked domain registered at a 1 year renewall by something called DropCatch. You can find all this in their whois.

Likely some scamvertising service parked the domain trying to hit people who typo YouTube.com.

EDIT: It's not even something special. You get the same shit out of giigle.com, a clear typosquat of google.com. Common practice really.
