I'm confused about all this jibber jabber about woke, anti-woke, wokening, woketacular, wokeapaloozas.

What is wokeness?

Solution
Wokeness was originally twitter lingo for putting ideology before reality (but it was used in a good way). It was mostly just used for rewriting history to be more black inclusive (Queen Elizabeth/Shakespeare/Isaac Newton, etc. were black).
I don't see people use it this way anymore, the term is effectively useless now.
No, like most twitter lingo it was initially a nigger word that niggers invented because they don't know the proper words for things, and then adopted by college liberals to show how in touch they are with the disenfranchised. It just meant being aware -- not sleeping on something. Then it meant being aware of the injustices of the world, not turning a blind eye to them or having the wool pulled over your eyes...

It's the same shit the "right wing" have been complaining about for decades already. It gets rebranded into a different buzzword every few years to make it seem fresh, and restart the conversation without ever changing anything.

Right now the big buzzword is DEI, which is "diversity equity inclusion." It's gving shit to blacks and homos who don't deserve it, for no reason other than to spite whitey. All of the boomers and Republicans are outraged by this. They can't believe it!

In 2015 the buzzword was woke, which was used sarcastically to mock the college educated libfags who would tell people to "wake up" to the injustices of society. Woke is, at it's core, exactly the same as DEI, but was considered more comical to the Republicans and boomers.

Before "woke" was popularized the buzzword of the day was SJW. Social Justice Warriors. Feminists and journalists complained about social injustices to women and negros carried out the by the evil straight white male. The SJW concept had a much bigger reach than woke and DEI, because it was a reasonably fresh internet meme popularized by stuff like Gamergate and the manosphere. It also didn't get as much mainstream attention as woke and DEI.

"Political correctness" was the "woke" of the 90s, and it had a really long run. It was a lot more tame in comparison to stuff like woke and DEI but it's been a natural evolution from PC to where we are now. "Don't call them orientals, call them Chinese, wait actually don't call them Chinese, call them people of Asian descent" and "participation trophies" summarize the PC mentality. It was very feminine and gay and lead to a severe loss of masculinity in men. It was considered a joke while it was happening, but it was spread mostly in schools to children who it impacted severely.

Before that it was "critical theory" being taught on college campuses. Critical Theory is cultural Marxism, which laid the foundation for all of the above and is pretty close to the end game. The people who spoke against cultural Marxism were considered Nazis and conspiracy theorist in their day but they were 109% right. It's literally always just the same thing over and over again but each iteration sees the right wing somehow losing more ground as more of Western culture gets flushed down the toilet.

It's purpose is to demoralize and corrupt white culture, which is why I don't use buzzwords like woke or SJW - I call it what it is: anti-white.

But lefty faggots have a very specific narrative of what is and is not an injustice and what may and may not be noticed, so it became synonymous with that narrative.

Solution
At minimus: Accepting what someone else tells you and trying to live it personally
At maximus: Forcing others to accept the same things you do and force them to live it personally

Can't forget to add feeling smug about how smart they are for making such a choice
