It's a total guess on my part, since I didn't cheat by looking at the file name, but it probably has something to do with the death rate from traffic accidents. That particular shade of yellow was popular in the year 2013, so it's probably dated from about then. As further conjecture, the data was probably collated by some kind of agency or bureau associated with the UN, possibly the WHO.

Judging by the countries in gray (really shitty countries) the chart must be about... something venezuelans don't have but the rest of the world does.
Fuck, it could be anything. Food? Tap water? A general feeling of happiness because you low-key know you aren't an ignorant nigger who fucked up his own country and now is polluting other societies like a fucking cockroach? No, I'm sure it's not that.

Countries are color coded based on the amount of religious organizations/cults they have that require their members to ritually drink human blood.

And no, the wine served as part of the Eucharist in various Christian groups does not count.
