Corporal punishment. Fines are often either broad (punish the family instead of the perp personally) or inconsequential (perp is too rich or too bad with money and on the tugboat to feel the consequences), and prisoners are/become bad at producing value. Of course some crimes require prison/death, but many outbreaks of antisocial behavior can and should be solved by beatings in lieu of or in addition to prison time (for example, I don't think there's political will to give the death penalty for zoosadism, but beatings and lifetime imprisonment are a good compromise).

If you mean beatings, then yes. If you mean criticizing, then I disagree, furries should be completely erased from the public sphere. The average person should know nothing about furries, only crime scene investigators should notice patterns when they find them 41%'d.

Absolutely. The shoplifting issue, Kia boys, DUIs could all be solved with 50 to 100 lashes.

It's not even like it's not done. It's not unusual in many places.
