I think Barb too had a level of getting extremely angry with Chris, putting him down, insulting him, then turning around and saying how much she loved him and how much he was this special person who was so smart, after he fucked something up. She just has that bitch persona about her.

I think that's why he could stand Kacey telling him what a fat, worthless fuck he was, and he's all just nonplussed by it, because that was extremely similar to how Barb treated him. I wonder if Flutter is like that behind the scenes...
I think this is a pretty keen observation and leads me to another point about Chris. Every interaction we see Chris have is, in his perspective, transactional in some way where the end goal is him trying to get what he wants. Because he never really puts in effort to get what he wants, he's always going with what seems to be the easiest route to get friends, money, china, etc without any notion as to whether his actions will actually lead to that. He wants his way "now!now!now!now!now!" and anything that pushes back on what he wants is ignored, berated, or just met with his whiny sighs.

What if he hung out with the wrong kids and stayed doing drugs in high school.

Would be become a Tommy tooter kind of cow just on crack?

Here's a question: what is the most miniscule possible change you could make to Chris, as a person (without changing events before 2000), that would have prevented Classic Chris from ever becoming famous on the internet?
Idk if this counts as a change to Chris personally, or just a change to his circumstances after 2000....but I think if he found a sperg woman or a woman willing to put up with his bs when he was 18-22 or so, a lot would be different.

If he found a spergy woman or Flutter-esque woman at the community college, he wouldn't be banned from places for soliciting, and (in theory) would be too preoccupied with her to have extended feuds with random trolls. Also half of Sonichu is just Chris expressing his rage at trolls and his own sexual frustration, but with a girlfriend/wife occupying his time, Sonichu doesn't go further than his own sketchbook. Also, having a wife/girlfriend means he probably wouldn't have raped Barb. Also he probably wouldn't be transgender, because he only transitioned to try wooing lesbians, because tfw no gf.

What if there had been an episode of the Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon that Chris got all his morals from that had the out and out stated on screen message to not sexually harass women, do you think that would have been enough to keep him from ever starting the love quest in the first place?

I don't think it would change much simply because I don't think Chris believed the love quest was sexual harassment in the first place

What if Chris actually got mainstream news attention during the peak of Classic Chris era? Say the Chandlers reach out to Fox News or something after the Bryan Bash hooker incident, it's a really slow news day, and they decide to air/publish a story about it going over what the trolls have done and framing Chris as a victim of mass harassment. Bob and Chris get their own interview segments and everything. How would the rest of the Classic Chris era have gone with that much attention on Chris?

What would have lolcow and trolling culture changed if Chris was murdered when he went to the rough neighborhood in Ohio whether by being annoying, being at the wrong place wrong time, or in a crossfire from a gang shootout?

What if a Make-a-Wish kid asked to meet Chris? Would they try to grant the wish, would Chris say yes, and if so, how much of a clusterfuck would it be?

Anyone think chris chan would be playing fortnite due to sonic being the first skin of the battlepass you can unlock? No clue if he spent his tugboat money on fortnite

I don't think Chris really payed attention to the plot of the episodes. He has never ever talked about the story of Sonic (from games or cartoons, even comics). I believe that Chris, like most autistics, liked sonny because of the attitude and the fast movement and colors. Any moral or messages in the shows probably went above his head

That's one thing I have always wonder as a good "what if?". Probably Clyde Cash would have been arrested, it would have been national news, even international, and it would have accelerated the culture of preventing internet bullying and grooming. Chris would have become like a George Floyd type of icon.

What if a Make-a-Wish kid asked to meet Chris? Would they try to grant the wish, would Chris say yes, and if so, how much of a clusterfuck would it be?
Probably nothing would happen. Chris is a very timid person, even if the kid wanted to meet Chris, what would they do besides being awkward?

Chris doesn't understand online games, and doesn't like competitive ones. Sonic isn't that much of an allure to Chris as people think, it's more like a curiosity for him.
