I read a study once that said intellectual disability and autism are correlated to big boobs in women, but I'm not sure they controlled for general fat. Of course all of these things are dangerous merely to think about because racism and stuff or something. Stop noticing things!Ed Dutton talks about this type of stuff a lot. He asserts that one's genes make a sort of investment in a certain area, resulting in correlations that match up with common stereotypes. So for example, big brained individuals tend to develop less impressive secondary sexual characteristics (willies and boobs) and vice versa. This appears to be true at the racial level as well. And the same goes for body type in general. That's why the mad scientist in films always looks like Lawrence Krauss and not like Hasan Piker. Hasan's dim expression would also give the game away.

Another thing to consider is that sometimes retards are put on things like Adderall or literal steroids to deal with behavioral or medical issues. Most moderate-to-severe retardation is caused by some body-wide fuckup and it's very rare to have a severely retarded person who doesn't have some crippling physical issue. Sometimes the aggression or strength is caused by their drugs.
I also think some retards learn to literally compensate for lack of fine motor control by being rough on things. Can't grab the box lid to open it gently? Grab it however you can and start yanking as hard as you can- it'll work somehow or another.
Now one could make the connection that a lower IQ may also be linked to less control over the nervous system and hence higher strength. But that is just speculating a bunch.Per Alan Walker in April 2009 issue of Current Anthropology, humans may lack the strength of chimps because human nervous system exerts more control over human muscles. Human fine motor control allows to perform delicate and uniquely human tasks while preventing great feats of strength when compared to chimps.
