Only the GMO variety. Organic potatoes contain neurotoxins and I'd like to maintain my current level of retardation for the time being.

Mom is planning on making homemade mashed potatoes again with very little butter
 
I think whoever came up with putting the french fried version of them on salads and sandwiches was a fucking genius. It's not a steak salad without fries.
 
Absolutely based vegetable that will get you through a famine. Versatile and delicious, and one of the more nutritious carbs. Just make sure you eat the skin. I prefer them baked or mashed, fry form is still delicious, but feels like you're ruining a perfectly healthy and delicious vegetable.

Also sweet potatoes are great too, but they're actually not related to regular potatoes.
