Classic lox and schmear if I can help it. The onion bagels are the best (little chunks of crispy dried onion on the top.)

If you want a good alternate there are some fruity schmears you can get with blueberry or cinnamon bagels too. Definitely more sweet than savory tho.

I've mixed up some blackberry cream cheese before, had more of a tart flavor, bretty gud.

Edit: I was trying to think why I did that, I had some raisin bagels, with cinnamon. That was a delicious combination.

i'm gonna try an apricot mix tonight to see how that goes on some homemade ones.

If you're gonna call it a Super Heebster, I want every kosher meat the deli offers stacked on that thing. The size on this is just not impressive enough to be called a "super" anything, as much as I love that name.
