Putting truffle oil is this most of the time, the original taste gets completely overpowered by what is probably not even real truffles.

French style Pizza (might be called different in other places) which has cherry tomatoes instead of a sauce. I have no issue with white pizzas but the cherry tomatoes are like going halfway with the acidic
Cream cheese in sushi rolls. I do not know who started it, but I hope they rot in hell.
That's awful especially if you don't notice it's part of the roll. Like with truffle (that I also had a poor experience with), it's way too overpowering to mesh with the rest of the food.
