-Improve yourself. If you don't read and exercise, fucking do it
-Lower your standards w/r/t looks. If you would go after her after 3 beers, date her and treat her like she's a 10. The attraction will grow if she's cool
-Increase your standards w/r/t personality. I dated many nut jobs and married one. If you train yourself to devalue appearance, this will not only open up more possibilities for you, but will enable you to judge women's personalities objectively. I fell for a few psycho hotties who made goo-goo eyes at me. It's not worth it. Sane is hot. Sane is sustainable. Sane won't lovebomb you and then send you a pic with another guy to make you jealous. There is no substitute for personality/integrity. Someone without integrity cannot be fixed. If you can internalize this without first making the disasterous mistakes i did, you'll be in great shape
-Seize the day. Luck favors the bold, or whatever. It's true.
-Get your T levels checked. It's not just a meme, there's an epidemic of low testosterone in the western world, the reasons for which are still unknown. Low T levels affect you in multiple fundamental ways that will keep you in a sort of loop of being single and not caring enough to change it, while also keeping you from having the energy you need to change it or be enthused about achievement in general

Because the aroma of underboob sweat is like crack. One of these days I'm creating a device to capture that smell and feed it through a hose. Gonna huff that shit every day.

There's a biological reason for men to be attracted to boobs on healthy women and not on trash pigs and it's babies.

In quadrupeds, a big round ass was seen as a sign of health and fertility. When we started walking on two legs and it was harder to see each other’s asses, boobs evolved as a way to do the same (they’re actually not a great shape for feeding babies). The grotesque deposits on a deathfat don’t have the same effect because we haven’t evolved to view them in that way.
