Israel is an obvious answer, but if I had an extra one it might be worth nuking Lichtenstein too. Just because, I dunno, I guess it's annoying that such a small useless country pretends that it needs to exist as a separate entity. They're like the Rhode Island of countries.

India by far. In fact, globally, things would improve if India was wiped off the map. The entire subcontinent is soaked in mercury, dookie water, and trash. There is not a single street view of India where I have not found garbage and/or shit.
