Simple, simply just reverse ionize the Higgs field to fluxuate in the intervals necessary to prevent the progression of time via putting matter at an stasis. Nothing will exchange thermodynamically, mass will not change, and nothing will progress. Of course it may end the entire universe, but fuck it.
